Mobile & walk-in notary

Available only in Henderson and the Greater Las Vegas area. We do not travel to Northern Nevada or the rural counties for in-person appointments.

If you are outside the Las Vegas valley

You can still work with us — online. If you're in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Fallon, Winnemucca, Ely, Pahrump, Mesquite, Laughlin, or anywhere else in Nevada, remote online notarization is your service. Nevada law requires the notary to be physically in Nevada during the session — not the signer — so distance simply doesn't matter. What we cannot do is drive to you; mobile and walk-in appointments stay inside the Greater Las Vegas area.

Signers outside Nevada

Because Nevada's rule attaches to the notary's location rather than the signer's, we can often notarize for a signer who is physically in another state or traveling abroad. Whether that document will be accepted depends on the receiving party — the county recorder, lender, court, or agency that will ultimately take it. Confirm with them first. Serving Henderson & the Greater Las Vegas Area. We operate as a service area business and meet clients at their location or at a meeting location confirmed at booking. We do not maintain a public walk-in storefront.
