Where We Provide Notary Services
Two different service areas, and the difference matters. Online notarization reaches the whole state. In-person appointments are Greater Las Vegas only.
Remote online notarization
Available to signers located anywhere in Nevada, and in many cases to signers outside the state. Nothing about your location limits this service.

Signers outside Nevada
Because Nevada's rule attaches to the notary's location rather than the signer's, we can often notarize for a signer who is physically in another state or traveling abroad. Whether that document will be accepted depends on the receiving party — the county recorder, lender, court, or agency that will ultimately take it. Confirm with them first. Our post on notarizing documents for use in another state explains how to check.
Not sure which service fits your location?
Tell us where you are and what you need notarized. We’ll point you to the right option — even if that means an online session instead of a visit.
