About NevadaNotaryPros

An independent Nevada notary practice built around one idea: getting a document notarized should be simple, predictable, and priced exactly the way the law says it should be.

Who we are

NevadaNotaryPros is a commissioned Nevada notary public serving Henderson and the Greater Las Vegas area in person, and signers throughout Nevada by secure online session. We are not a directory, a referral network, or a franchise — when you book, you work with the notary who will actually perform your notarization.

Most people call a notary during a week they'd rather not be having. A parent's estate needs settling, a house is closing, a healthcare directive suddenly can't wait. The document itself is usually the least of it. Our job is to make that one step take fifteen minutes and cost what we said it would.

How we work

Fees quoted before you commit

You get the total in writing — notarial fee plus any travel — before you confirm anything. We charge no more than the statutory maximum for in-person acts, and we don't add charges at the table.

Done properly, every time

Identity verified, signature witnessed, certificate completed, journal entry recorded. If something about a signing isn't lawful, we say so and stop — a notarization that gets rejected later helps nobody.

Available when you need it

Appointments seven days a week, evenings included. Hospital and care facility visits are routine for us, and same-day online sessions are frequently available.

Credentials

  • Active Nevada notary commission. Our commission number appears in the footer of every page on this site.
  • Surety bond. We carry the bond Nevada requires of every commissioned notary.
  • Errors & omissions coverage. Professional liability insurance in addition to the statutory bond.
  • Registered electronic notary. Registered to perform electronic and remote online notarizations under Nevada's RON framework.
  • Secure handling. Documents move over encrypted connections, and session recordings and journal records are retained exactly as Nevada requires.

What a notary can and cannot do

This is worth stating plainly, because the boundary trips people up constantly.

A Nevada notary public can verify the identity of signers, witness signatures, administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments and jurats, certify copies where permitted, and complete the notarial certificate.

A Nevada notary public cannot draft your document, choose which form you need, explain what your document means, correct or fill in your document for you, or advise you on the legal consequences of signing. Those are the practice of law.

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Nevada and cannot give legal advice. I cannot explain or recommend what type of document you need, or how it should be completed. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed Nevada attorney.

Where we work

We are a service area business. There is no public storefront — we come to you, or we meet at a location confirmed when you book. Remote online notarization reaches signers anywhere in Nevada; mobile and walk-in appointments are limited to Henderson and the Greater Las Vegas area. The service area page spells out exactly which communities that covers.
