Three ways to get notarized

Not sure which one fits? The short version: if you're outside the Las Vegas area, remote online notarization is your option.

Statewide — anywhere in Nevada

Remote Online Notarization

Meet by secure audio-video call and sign electronically. Nevada's RON framework lets a Nevada-commissioned notary serve signers wherever they are — Reno, Elko, Carson City, or out of state entirely. Most sessions finish in 15–20 minutes.

Where we work

Statewide

Remote online notarization: all of Nevada

Nevada law requires the notary to be physically located in Nevada during the session — not the signer. That means we can notarize for someone in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Winnemucca, Pahrump, or Mesquite just as easily as someone across town, and in many cases for signers located outside Nevada entirely.

Mobile & walk-in: Greater Las Vegas

In-person appointments cover Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Green Valley, Anthem, and Boulder City. We do not travel to Northern Nevada or rural counties — if you're outside the valley, remote online notarization is the way to go.

How it works

Same three steps whichever service you choose.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send a short message with the type of document, how many signatures, and when you'd like to meet. We'll confirm which service fits and quote the exact fee up front.

  2. Confirm your appointment

You'll get a written confirmation with the time, the total fee including any travel charge, and either your secure session link or your confirmed meeting location.

  3. Sign and get your document

Bring valid photo ID and leave signature lines blank until we meet. Online sessions return a tamper-evident electronic document; in-person appointments hand you the finished original.

Why signers choose us

Commissioned, bonded, insured

An active Nevada notary commission, the statutory surety bond, and errors & omissions coverage. Our commission number is published in the footer of every page on this site.

Fees you can check against the statute

Nevada caps in-person notarial fees by law, and we publish ours openly. No surprise charges, no "convenience" markups added at the table.

Evenings and weekends

Documents rarely need signing at a convenient hour. We take appointments seven days a week, including after-hours mobile visits at the disclosed night travel rate.

Common questions

Do you notarize for people outside of Las Vegas?

Yes — through remote online notarization, which is available to signers located anywhere in Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Pahrump, and Mesquite. Our mobile and walk-in appointments are limited to Henderson and the Greater Las Vegas area.

What does a notary cost in Nevada?

Nevada law caps in-person notarial fees at $15 for the first signature and $7.50 for each additional signature. Remote online notarization is $25 for the first signature and $10 for each additional signature. Mobile appointments add a travel fee that is quoted before you book. See the full pricing table.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, your document with the signature lines left blank, and every signer present. Our appointment checklist walks through the details.

Can you tell me which document I need?

No. A notary public verifies the identity of signers and witnesses signatures — we are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, draft documents, or advise you on which form to use. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed Nevada attorney.
